Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Advance Notice: Members should cancel their fitness class booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time as a courtesy to others, as space is limited. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class may incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to one class session. No-Show Policy: Members who do not show up for a booked class without canceling may be charged a full class booking session. BOOKING GUIDELANES: Class Reservation: Members are encouraged to book classes in advance to secure their spot, as space is limited. Waitlist: If a class is full, members can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, members will be notified and added to the class automatically. EXCEPTIONS: Emergency Situations: In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all members. Thank you for being a part of our fitness community!
